“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:” (2Cor. 9:8)
There was a day when life wasn’t as hectic and full of stress as it is today. Even children, today, deal with stress. It is Satan’s goal to keep us fixated and focused on the pressures of life. The more he can get us looking at our problems, the less we will be looking at our Lord!
Satan loves it when life gets hectic. He loves it when we give in to the stress and pressures of life. He loves it when God’s people become so suppressed, repressed, and oppressed, that we become downright DEPRESSED!
But Paul reminds us that along with all of our DEFICIENCIES, comes God’s SUFFICIENCY! God doesn’t just have the power to help in “some” of our problems. He has the power to help us in “all” of our problems!
Notice again that Paul says, “And God is able to make ALL grace abound toward you; that ye, always having ALL sufficiency in ALL things, may abound to EVERY good work:”
Listen, child of God…God hasn’t left us without resources. He hasn’t left us to fight this battle alone. Oh, no! I’m here to tell you HE’S SUFFICIENT! HE’S ENOUGH!
If you are facing some trouble or problem, try singing this song to yourself throughout the day:
He’s able, He’s able, I know He is able,
I know my Lord is able to carry me through.
He’s able, He’s able, I know He is able,
I know my Lord is able to carry me through.
He healed the brokenhearted and set the captive free,
He made the lame to walk again,
And He caused the blind to see.
He’s able, He’s able, I know He is able,
I know my Lord is able to carry me through.
