THINK ABOUT THIS: When Saul met the Lord on the Road to Damascus, the Lord said, “Why persecutest thou me?” Saul never personally persecuted Jesus in the flesh, BUT he did persecute Christians and the church.
LESSON: How we treat the church is how we treat Christ! If we ignore the church, we are ignoring Christ. If we do things to hurt the church, or other believers, we are in fact hurting Christ!
