Are you disappointed in the way life is turning out? Do you feel like others have let you down, and maybe even God has too? We ALL face disappointments. How we RESPOND to them is what really matters.
In Exodus 5, the people were still in bondage and they began to blame Moses and Aaron (the very ones who came to deliver them!). But even Moses, their leader, was not immune to disappointment because then he turns and blames God in (v.23) “neither hast thou delivered thy people at all.”
It can be devastating when God doesn’t work like we think He should, or as quickly as we think He should. But what the people of God (and even the man of God) failed to remember was this… the story wasn’t over! God had not written the final chapter.
God doesn’t work in eastern time or central time. God works in DUE TIME!
Keep holding on. Keep praying and trusting. The answer WILL come, all in God’s time.
