“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” (Phil. 4:6)
We know we can bring SOME things to God in prayer. But are we conscious enough of our need for prayer that we bring EVERYTHING to God in prayer? Paul said, “In every thing by prayer.” I may not be the brightest bulb in the socket, but I am pretty sure that the words “every thing” means EVERY THING!
That means…not only is there nothing too big for you to bring to God in prayer, there is nothing too small for you to bring to God in prayer, either! God says we are to bring “every thing” to Him in prayer.
Guy King said, “If there is anything in our lives that cannot be prayed about, we may be quite sure that that thing has no business being there at all!”
Do you have a big need in your life right now? Bring to God in prayer. Do you have a small need? Bring it also to God in prayer.
